Plan a Visit
We love having visitors, but the farm is both our home and workplace, so please be considerate. The best time to visit is on Sundays during the summer, 11am to 2pm, for our community picnic. For other times, please arrange your visit in advance by phone or email.
How to get here
Getting here is half the fun! Car is by far the easiest mode of transportation to allow you to explore the surrounding areas, and google maps will take you straight to our door. If you’re heading here from NYC, you can also take the train (Metronorth from Grand Central to Pawling station) and taxi from the station (call 845-855-8585). Check train schedules here.
Via Hiking Trail
For the adventurous pilgrims out there, the Appalachian Trail will bring you within striking distance of the farm. The Rt. 55 trailhead at the CT-NY border is less than 5 miles away. If you’re interested in a farm-fresh dinner and camping, give us a call! We may even be able to pick you up, with advance notice.
Group Visits and Tours
We welcome school groups and other organizations for farm tours and special events but typically charge a small site fee to cover our time and expenses. Email us to learn more (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com).
